What to expect
Focuses on accessing the inner wisdom of your own mind, body and spirit to facilitate the changes you wish to make. It helps you to shift perspective and to recognise and then reframe the unhelpful, limiting belief patterns that are keeping you ‘stuck’ and from ‘doing life your own way’.
The focus is on the solutions – making change through actions; by letting go of the stories and the drama; not on keeping bogged down in the problem. You get to choose from a variety of tools and strategies that will help you to action more of what you want, and build on what’s already right in your life.
Holistic therapy is about helping you identify your strengths, passions and purpose through self-awareness, self-acceptance and an increased sense of optimism. These sessions assist you to restore your energy and return to balance, utilising Reiki along with holistic healing therapies that include guidance in breathing practice, relaxation techniques, exploring limiting beliefs, setting intentions, life-balance charting and more.
Healing pathway program
The Healing Pathway Program is your commitment to six sessions over a 2 – 3 month period to enable deep transformation. Be supported through gentle guidance as you discover what you really want, what’s been holding you back, choose new ways and put them into action.
