Holistic counselling will enable you to decide on your goals for change and choose from a range of practical tools and strategies designed to address your needs in body, mind and spirit.

Reiki Courses, Personal Development/Wellness Workshops & Meditation Teaching
We offer Reiki I, Reiki II and Reiki III training courses – whether you’d like to learn the energy healing system of Reiki for your self-healing; further develop your personal Reiki practice with the option of registering as a Reiki Practitioner; deepen personal connection and share the Reiki gift in a teaching capacity.
Our workshops are designed to give you the support and tools you need for personal change.
We also offer an Introduction to Meditation Taster Session.
